Q: Is this really free?
A: Yes. The bid is completely free with no obligation. We only get paid if you hire us to do the work.
Q: How accurate are photo-based bids?
A: Very accurate for most projects. If we need to see something in person to finalize pricing, we'll let you know—but good photos and measurements usually give us everything we need.
Q: What if I can't measure the tree?
A: Your best guess is fine. We can often estimate from photos. Measure what you can (stump diameter, distance from house, etc.) and we'll figure out the rest.
Q: Do you actually respond in hours?
A: Usually, yes—during business hours. If you submit late at night or on weekends, you'll hear from us first thing the next business day.
Q: What if the actual job costs more than the bid?
A: It won't. The bid we give you is the price you pay unless you add additional work. No surprise charges.
Q: How long is my bid valid?
A: Typically 30 days. Prices can change with seasons or if material costs go up, but we'll honor your bid for a reasonable time.
